1. What are your payment terms and conditions?
We accept PayPal, Western Union, T/T, L/C for payment.
Sample fees must be paid 100% before we start it.
For bulk production order, the deposit is 50%, it has to be paid before we start them. The balance should be paid before we ship the goods.
2. If i receive damaged or poor quality products, how can i get the after-sale protection?
You can take the photos and contact the sales representative who delivered the products. We will re-make them for you.
3. What is your Minimun Order Quantity?
For “Fully Custom Hat” Order, our MOQ is 50 PCS/Style/Design/Colorway. For example, you order 50 pieces 6 Panels Baseball Caps (Style), there is one custom embroidery logo on the front panel (Design), and these 50 pieces hats should be in the same color (Colorway).
For “Fully Custom Apparel” Order, our MOQ is 100 PCS/Style/Design/Colorway. For example, you order 100 pieces Men’s T Shirts (Style), there is one custom printing logo on the front chest (Design), these 100 pieces T shirts should be same color (Colorway), but they can be different sizes.
For “Custom Apparel” Order, our MOQ is 50 PCS/Style/Design. For example, you order 50 pieces Men’s T Shirts (Style), there is one custom printing logo on the front chest (Design), they can be in different colors (Colorway) and different sizes.
4. Can I order a sample before the production? and what is the cost for one sample?
Yes, we will make you one sample first. You can dicede to go ahead with a Production Order if you are satisfied with the sample.
For “Fully Custom Hat” sample, sample fee will cost you from USD 30-40 per piece, depending on your additional details. (DHL/UPS) Shipping fee for sample is from USD 20-30, depending on your location.
For “Fully Custom Apparel” sample, sample fee ranges from USD 50-100 due to the variety of styles. (DHL/UPS) Shipping fee for sample is from USD 20-30. Sample fee will be Partial Refunded if customer places the production order.
For “Custom Apparel” sample, we can send you a blank sample to check the fit and quality before you order them. The blank sample with shipping will cost you USD 20-30. if you want to order a sample with your own logo on it, the custom sample with shipping will cost USD 40-60.
Sample usually takes 7-10 days to complete. We will send you the sample photos to get your approval and comments before we ship the sample.
5. How Can I Get a Free Sample?
If the quantity is less than 200 PCS/Style/Design/Colorway, we can provide you a free sample after you make us the deposit of production order.
If the quantity is more than 200 PCS/Style/Design/Colorway, you will get the sample fee 100% refunded after you place the production order.
6. What is your pricing structure?
Pricing structure is different for different styles, but you are generally looking at around the USD 4 – 6 mark for a high quality premium flat brim cap. Please check the website Menu and find our product catalogue for your reference, you will find more specific price in the product description. you are more welcome to Contact Us if you need further information.
7. What is the production time?
Production time will take 20-30 days depending on the complexity of your design and current schedule.
8. Does your factory only produce caps and garments? What other product do you make?
Besides all kinds of hats and garments, we can also assist with you to make Custom Accessories, such as hat box, dust bag, sticker, phone case etc.. As a professional hats and garments manufacturer, we can also provide you the Customize Woven Labels, Printing Crown Taping, HangTags, Custom Packaging Bag etc.. If you are interested in any of them, kindly send us your designs for quotation and sampling.
9. Can you help to design my hat? and what kind of file format you support?
If you are not sure what style to order, please check the website Menu and find our product catalogue or Contact Us for your password to our client section to download our design templates and start the creation process! Our design templates have been designed with you in mind. They are straight forward and easy to use.
It is better you can send us your artwork in .ai or .pdf format (vector file). Our experienced designers can assist you to mock up your cap design as long as you provide us your existing logos.
10. How do i ship my products?
We can provide quotations and assist with shipping your goods, you can also use your own Courier account or Freight Forwarder. We will send you some photos or short video after we finish the production. you will need to pay us the balance before we ship the goods. Shipping(by Express) will take 3-7 days.
