Explanation
1. FULLY CUSTOM OEM: We provide high quality fully custom benaies, not just as simple as slapping your logo on a blank market beanie hat. Fully customized beanie hats include the following procedure of yard dyeing, yard weaving, logo embroidery/printing etc. We can almost customize any beanie hats on the market, including some famous brands. If you have any inquiry, please feel free to contact us, we have various options of knit hat types, materials and colors that you can choose from.
2. Minimum Order Quantity: 50 PCS/Style/Design/Colorway.
For example: You would like to order 50 pieces Cuff Beanies(Style) in black(Colorway) with a flat embroidery logo on front cuff(Design).
3. Quantity “50+50”: It means 100 pieces knit hats, but they have to be the same style and the same design. These 100 pieces knit hats can be in 2 colorways, such as 50 black and 50 heather grey.
The same explanation goes for Quantity “50+50+50” and Quantity “100+100”.
4. Basic Price: The basic price includes the shipping cost. Our transportation area mainly includes European countries such as UK and France, North America countries such as the United States and Canada, and Oceania countries such as Australia and New Zealand. The mode of transportation is express, such as DHL, UPS, TNT etc., door-to-door service, shipping time is 3-7 days.
We will recommend the most reasonable transportation for our customers. If the conditions are suitable, we can use more economical transportation, such as shipping by air or by sea. Of course, we can also transport the goods according to the customer’s requirements.
5. Embroidery Logo Fee: Let’s assume that your design has a logo on the front cuff and a logo on the back cuff, then the logo fees will be calculated twice. Let us give you an example. if you are going to order 50 pieces beanies, there is an embroidery logo on the front cuff and an embroidery logo on the back cuff, then the unit price will be USD 5.5(basic price)+USD 1.0(logo fee on front)+USD 1.0(logo fee on back)=USD 7.5
6. Leather Patch Fee and Rubber Patch Fee: We need to use the mold to make the leather patch or rubber patch. If you need to change the design of your logo after we complete the sample, we will charge you the mold fee again as we need to remake the mold.
7. Woven Label Fee: It costs USD 50 for 500 pieces custom woven labels, and 50 dollars is the minimum cost. If you order 100 pieces hats and 500 pieces woven labels, we will save the remaining 400 pieces woven labels for your future orders.
